Hassan is an ICFR subject matter expert, with firm grip on COSO Framework, SEC Release 33-8810, and SAB-99 Standard. Hassan is also well-versed in PCAOB (AS-5) & COBIT standards.

As a SOX Governance Advisor, Hassan provides guidance to define & implement Risk & Control Transformation vision, strategy and operational alignment & efficiency throughout the organization collaborating with matrix SOX/R&C stakeholders group including Risk Officers, PMO, Business, IT, Finance, Risk Partners, Auditors, Audit Committees etc.

Hassan has extensive experience to stand-up and manage SOX engagements using Global Delivery Models. Utilizing a hands-on approach, technical acumen, outstanding leadership, people management, and communication skills, Hassan can set up and lead your multilocation SOX 404 teams.

Hassan is a Masters in Accounting, a Fellow Chartered Accountant (Pakistan) and obtained his CPA & CISA licenses from the US.
