He specializes in dealing with financial services companies, media, telecommunication, entertainment, publishing, oil, mining, construction, retail, information and communication companies.

Sergey has worked with a diverse group of businesses in the USA and Eurasia, including start-ups, private, middle market, and Fortune 100 companies and has a great deal of experience in conducting audits (IFRS and US GAAP), risk advisory (internal controls review and evaluation), advisory (due diligence, IPO readiness), and consulting (financial reporting function set up, accounting policy gap analysis, IFRS and US GAAP conversion, strategy and operation consulting) engagements.

Sergey has a proven track record in project management including planning, organizing, coordinating, and managing staff, clients, and partners towards the successful completion of engagements.

Sergey has BA in Accounting and Mathematics and obtained his ACCA designation in 2014.

Sergey is an avid chess player and enjoys exploring new cultures. Sergey is also deeply passionate about coaching and mentoring young professionals, and regularly volunteers his time to help develop the next generation of leaders in the accounting and finance industry.
